Prior to opening, you or your designated representative, will spend two weeks working in an operational Mad Hatter Automotive Center. You will see how customers should be treat and learn the intricacies of the automotive repair business.
Mad Hatter will also provide two weeks of on-site training and support at the time of shop opening. One week prior to the opening of your Mad Hatter shop a franchise development specialist will be there to help with advertising and preparation for shop opening. Our franchise specialist will be there one week after shop opening to support your staff during the critical first week of operation.
Our marketing program provides all the planning tools, materials and professional guidance necessary to get you started and keep you going. A portion of your royalty fees are used to provide professionally produced advertising, and in-store promotional materials to help establish a strong, positive brand image in your community. We're with you from the start with a Grand Opening Kit to future phases as your center matures.
Our advertising strategy is geared towards maximizing the exposure for your local franchise. A portion of your royalty fee is put directly back into your local market advertising your specific shop. Your advertising dollars will not go towards any national advertising which your local customer may never see.
Customer Satisfaction Support
The work isn't over when the car is fixed and the customer has left the shop. Mad Hatter continues its commitment to service by completing customer satisfaction inquires with our mutual customer. Mad Hatter will survey your customers to ensure their experience was everything you want it to be. Information obtained will be consolidated and forwarded to you for managerial review. Your customers will have increased confidence in Mad Hatter in knowing we care about the condition of their automobile after the car has left your shop.
Building a loyal customer base takes time and commitment to service. Mad Hatter franchise support is there for you.
Mad Hatter Automotive Center does not provide financing, but does work closely with SBA contacts to expedite the process and provide guidance and contacts to help you identify financial lenders.
Location is a key factor for success. Mad Hatter Automotive Center provides assistance including analysis of the local market, traffic counts and a breakdown of competition. Additional support may include acquisition and construction planning, as well as management issues. Mad Hatter Automotive Center will be happy to consider any viable market in the world.
